Deed Book 121 Page 518, lying in unit 16 of Interlachen Lakes Estates.
Take CR 315 north from Interlachen. Go approximately 2.25 miles to what appears
to be on the map, Silver Lake Drive,
the main drive (paved) to the right.
Follow the paved road to Fowler
Street. Turn left on Fowler and go to Dawn or Kitty
Avenue and turn right. The cemetery is about half way between Fowler
and Junior Lake Drive
on O’Farrell Avenue. [When in doubt go to the Headquarters of the Putnam County Library System and get a
copy of map 36 from the MapSource, Inc.

This cemetery has been vandalized over the
years and burned over by wildfires, that have destroyed the wooden markers on
the burial sites. It was reported that
this is an Indian burial site. It is
also been known as the “Smith” Cemetery
because of a man named Smith that is supposed to have been buried there.
When the site was visited on March 31, 1999,
a thorough search of the underbrush and scrub revealed only one marked grave,
that of “Morgan Thompson, died Dec. 4, 1910”.
